Description

Mouse monoclonal antibody conjugated to FITC which recognizes CD82 that is a member of the tetraspanin (TM4SF) family. It localized in Lymphoid specific. It associates with CD4 or CD8 and delivers costimulatory signals for the TCR/CD3 pathway. CD82 has since been found to act as a metastasis suppressor in a variety of cancers, and its downregulation is associated with poor prognosis in research studies.
