Western blot using anti-IL-8 antibody WS-4. Human peripheral blood monocytes (stimulated with LPS) lysate (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer) was resolved on an SDS-PAGE gel, and blots were probed with the chimeric rabbit version of WS-4 (orb1821547) at 2 µg/ml before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1 hour was used, and protein was detected by chemiluminescence.
