Anti-BAX Antibody (N-term) at 1:2000 dilution + U-2OS whole cell lysate. Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size: 21 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.

Western blot analysis of lysates from Hela, 293, HT-1080, Raji, SH-SY5Y, THP-1 cell line (from left to right), using BAX Antibody (N-term). Diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35 ug per lane.
