Immunohistochemical of frozen sections. Sample: mouse tissue. Mouse CD31 Antibody: 1-200, Blue: DAPI was used as the nuclear counter stain.
Lysates at 30 µg per lane. This blot was produced using a 5% SDS-PAGE. The gel was run at 140V for 50 minutes before being transferred onto a Nitrocellulose membrane was then blocked for an hour before being incubated with orb1735064 overnight at 4°C. Anti-mouse CD31 antibody at 1/1000 dilution.
Mouse splenocytes were stained with orb1735064, mouse CD31 antibody.
