orb18964 staining (0.03ug/ml) of Human Brain lysate (RIPA buffer, 30ug total protein per lane). Primary incubated for 1 hour. Detected by western blot using chemiluminescence.
HEK293 overexpressing NRAS (RC202681) and probed with orb19888 (mock transfection in first lane), tested by Origene.
