Description

The anti-H2Kd/H-2Dd monoclonal antibody (clone 34-1-2S) is a mouse-derived antibody that targets MHC class I alloantigens, specifically H-2Kd and H-2Dd. These antigens are expressed on the surface of nucleated cells in mice with the H-2Kd/H-2Dd haplotype. The antibody is critical for antigen presentation to T cells expressing CD3/TCR and CD8 proteins.
