HA-14-1

SKU: orb2283827

Description

HA-14-1 is a Bcl-2 surface pocket inhibitor (IC50 ~9 µM) that disrupts Bcl-2/Bak interactions, leading to Apaf-1-mediated caspase activation and apoptosis. It has demonstrated potent pro-apoptotic activity in vitro, such as in HL-60 acute myeloid leukemia cells. This small molecule is a useful research tool for studying mitochondrial apoptosis pathways in cancer models.
