Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded H. small intestine section using HIP2 Antibody (Center). Diluted at 1:100 dilution. A undiluted biotinylated goat polyvalent antibody was used as the secondary, followed by DAB staining.

Fluorescent image of Hela cell stained with HIP2 Antibody (Center).Hela cells were fixed with 4% PFA (20 min), permeabilized with Triton X-100 (0.1%, 10 min), then incubated with HIP2 primary antibody (1:25, 1 h at 37°C). For secondary antibody, Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody (green) was used (1:400, 50 min at 37°C).Cytoplasmic actin was counterstained with Alexa Fluor 555 (red) conjugated Phalloidin (7units/ml, 1 h at 37°C). HIP2 immunoreactivity is localized to Cytoplasm significantly.

HIP2 Antibody (D124) western blot analysis in 293, mouse C2C12 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). This demonstrates the HIP2 antibody detected the HIP2 protein (arrow).
