Paraformaldehyde-fixed, paraffin embedded Human Ovarian Cancer. Antigen retrieval by boiling in sodium citrate buffer (pH6.0) for 15 min. Antibody incubation with Human IL-6 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (orb499747) at 1:200 overnight at 4°C, followed by conjugation to the SP Kit (Mouse) and DAB staining.

HUVEC (H) cells were treated with or without LPS (0.5 µg/ml, 24h) and Brefeldin A (300 ng/ml, 20h), 25 µg total protein per lane of cell lysates probed with human IL-6 monoclonal antibody, unconjugated (orb499747) at 1:1000 dilution and 4°C overnight incubation. Followed by conjugated secondary antibody incubation at r.t. for 60 min.
