To a sandwich ELISA (assuming 100 ul/well), a concentration of 4.0-8.0 ug/ml of this antibody will detect at least 1600 pg/ml of recombinant murine IL-10 when used with biotinylated antigen affinity purified anti-murine IL-10 (orb1272494) as the detection antibody at a concentration of approximately 0.5-1.0 ug/ml.
To detect mIL-10 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 1.0-2.0 ug/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant mIL-10 is 2.0-4.0 ng/lane, under reducing or non-reducing conditions.
