C25 is a cyclic peptide inhibitor of LAG-3 with a high binding affinity (Kd = 0.66 µM). It blocks the LAG-3/MHC-II interaction to reactivate CD8+ T cells and is used in tumor immunology research for in vitro and in vivo studies.
