Description

PNC-28 is a chimeric peptide incorporating a p53-derived MDM2-binding motif (residues 17-26) fused to a cell-penetrating penetratin sequence. It is applied in pancreatic cancer research to study p53 reactivation, demonstrating effects in both in vitro cell culture and in vivo xenograft models.
