Rinvatercept is a fusion protein composed of sequences from the extracellular domains of human ACVR2A/B, forming a glycyl (1)-chimeric N-terminus (1-108)-peptide (2-109), and linked with the Fc fragment of immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) via a G3 peptide linker (110-112). It is applicable in neuromuscular disease research.
