Application Notes	F(ab')2 Anti-Goat IgG Peroxidase Antibody has been tested by ELISA and is designed for immunofluorescence microscopy, fluorescence based plate assays (FLISA) and fluorescent western blotting. This product is also suitable for multiplex analysis, including multicolor imaging, utilizing various commercial platforms.

Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Donkey Serum, Goat IgG and Goat Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Donkey IgG F(c) or Chicken, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Horse, Human, Mouse, Rabbit and Rat Serum Proteins.

ELISA Results of F(ab')2 Donkey Anti-Goat IgG Peroxidase Conjugated Min X Ch, GP, Ham, Hs, Hu, Ms, Rb, Rt Serum Proteins. Each well was coated in duplicate with 1.0 µg of Goat IgG (p/n orb2652767). The working dilution is 267000. The starting dilution of antibody was 5 µg/ml and the X-axis represents the Log10 of a 3-fold dilution. This titration is a 4-parameter curve fit where the IC50 is defined as the titer of the antibody. Assay performed using 3% Fish Gel/PBS, and TMB substrate (p/n orb348651).
